Evanston Lighthouse Rotary Club

The Evanston Lighthouse Rotary Club last June provided with a $500 grant to continue the work of the Disability Awareness Players. Thank you again to the Evanston Lighthouse Rotary Club for continuing to support disability awareness. We’re excited to announce that with the help of this grant our Disability Awareness Players have trained the following businesses and organizations:

1) St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church

2) Fountaindale Public Library

3) North Shore Senior Center

4) Duxler Complete Auto Care

5) Skokie Public Library

4) Search, Inc.

6) Skokie Chamber of Commerce

The Disability Awareness Players is a cross-ability, cross generational team of experts in disability – being people with disabilities themselves. They run trainings that are fun, lively and audience-inclusive. To learn more about the Disability Awareness Players and reserve them for your next business training workshop, please contact Sarah Armour at or call 847-869-0000.
