New Beginnings at No Boundaries

Tricia and Stephanie at our Evanston, IL Workplace

This week was a bittersweet one at No Boundaries, as we said goodbye to our No Boundaries Trainer Tricia Luzadder and welcomed our new Trainer Stephanie Minich.  Tricia will begin a full time position as an Employment Consultant with Best Buddies this month and Stephanie joins us from Dallas, Texas, where she worked supporting seniors in an assisted living program and with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Both shared their thoughts with us about the transition.

Tricia has enjoyed her time at No Boundaries, where she started volunteering as a mentor last March. She then took over as the No Boundaries Trainer back in June of 2016. “My favorite part of working at No Boundaries has been getting to know everyone who works at and attends No Boundaries,” said Tricia. “I will miss learning from everyone and everybody’s sense of humor.”

Stephanie has a truly global background.  She is a native of Great Britain who taught English as a second language (ESL) in the Czech Republic to adults and children.  She has also lived in France and Spain. When asked what she is most looking forward to about working at No Boundaries, she answered, “So many things! I am definitely excited to work closely with our participants and helping them develop their skills for work and life. I am also looking forward to learning all about the great achievements of Search, Inc. and working together to continue moving forward in new ventures!” When Stephanie is not working at No Boundaries, she likes to run with her dog and curl up with a book with her cat. She and her husband like to go hiking and camping with friends, family, and pets. She also volunteers as a tutor for ESL students at a local community center, and serves her church on different projects. We look forward to getting to know Stephanie even more

Thank you Tricia for your hard work! I enjoyed getting to know you! Although working on those applications and mock interviews were challenging at times, you did a good job preparing me for ComEd and hopefully a future position. I benefited a lot from these practices! I enjoyed having conversations with you about sports as well (even though I’m not a Cubs fan)! Good luck Tricia with your new position with Best Buddies.

Welcome Stephanie! I look forward to meeting with you sometime soon!
