NO BOUNDARIES – Train for Work, Train for Life offers unique experiential “on-land and on-line” training for teens and adults with disabilities to build essential skills for the workplace and for living more independently.
Overview
NO BOUNDARIES responds to the growing need for community-based, innovative and flexible services designed to help individuals with disabilities build workplace skills, obtain employment, achieve personal goals, form social connections and participate more fully in their communities.

At NO BOUNDARIES, participants progress through group-based classroom instruction, followed by individualized, hands-on practical experience in the workplace and in the community. Our unique approach integrates on-land and on-line skills building with independent living skills, access to community resources and the achievement of personal goals for the workplace and for community life in the 21st Century.
Classroom and experiential learning modules in five thematic areas are ideal for participants who want to build and strengthen workplace and community life skills in social thinking, judgment, communications, technology, personal responsibility, communication, self-advocacy and independence.
