Have you been involved with starting up a business or non-profit?
If so, we want to talk to you!


Share your experiences and ideas in a focus group


You are eligible if you: 1) have a disability, 2) live in the Chicagoland area, 3) are between the ages of 18 and 64, and 4) have been involved with starting or are currently running a business or non-profit organization.


Where & When?
Focus groups will be held in Chicago this May. You will be able to choose a date that works best for you. Sessions will last one and a half hours. Participants receive a $30 gift card.

Participation Through Innovation: Social Entrepreneurship as a Pathway to Employment for People with Disabilities is a research project at the University of Illinois at Chicago in the Department of Disability and Human Development and the Department of Managerial Studies. This research is approved by the University of Illinois at Chicago Office for the Protection of Research Subjects Institutional Review Board: Protocol # 2010-0536.
