I was at Loyola Field in Glenview and was looking for a handicap parking spot as my son uses a wheelchair. It was very crowded at the field because of a lacrosse tournament. This vendor parked it's long car and trailor in the handicap parking spot closest to the covered area and bathrooms. The space was clearly marked with a handicap parking blue sign. When I walked around the trailor I could see that it opened up into a store where all sorts of Northwestern logo gear was being sold. I attemped to talk with the lady inside of the trailor/store about the fact that she was in a handicap parking spot. Her response was to pretend I was not there. When I later contacted the owner regarding this concern, his response was that he did not notice that it was parked in a handicap parking spot. Really? really?
