We offer one-on-one personal fitness training, massage therapy and yoga. Clients can come to our studio, or we will come the client's home. Physical therapy is also available through Movement Solutions on site. Our programs may include sports conditioning, pre and post rehab training, senior programs, muscle toning and weight training.
