It was suppose to wheelchair accessible. The bathroom had a tub with an unreachable shower adjustment. The microwave was in an upper cabinet, approximately 5 feet up.Small lights with switches but the lamps all over the rooms had a very small metal twist switch that I was unable to operate. The desk clerk was unable to bring in my luggage. Stated they would call when the courtesy driver returned. She did not call. I ended up bringing in my own luggage. I was also told that there was no one available to carry out my luggage.
The breakfast buffet was not accessible for wheelchair users with out help.

The parking lot has Handicapped parking signs far from the door but the ones across from entrance do not. As you may have guessed, someone parked in access lane and blocked my wheelchair ramp on my van.
Not a good experience!
