The overall service was good. Entering through the door was not the easiest. The doorway is narrow for a wheelchair or a larger person. Someone needs to open the door for a person in a wheelchair. It would be helpful if there was an automatic door opener for wheelchair users.

We have been to this cozy, accessible coffee shop many times, and really like it a lot. There is covered, accessible parking in the rear. Although the tables are pretty tight in the main part of the shop, it's more open along the sides. I have been to Caribou Coffee with someone who uses a wheelchair, and it wasn't a problem. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.
