The bar/reception area was dark and noisy I did not know what the rest of the restaurant would be like, so I requested a table that was in a quieter area. The pagers were both vibrotactile and flashing. The hostess gladly entered a note into the system. We may have waited awhile longer, but when we were seated, it was a much quieter part of the restaurant. It was in the back room, toward the back corner. The ceiling was lower - good for acoustics. Along the wall is a long, soft bench style seat - good for acoustics. The other side was regular chairs - good for access. The walls were hardwood with mirrors - okay for acoustics, not great. There was plenty of good lighting - good for eye contact and speechreading. I cannot
remember thr floor characteristics. Great food!
