Marianos is a good grocery store with a lot of variety of food and a good atmosphere. They hire many people with disabilities. They do a good job of training employees at a good pace. They are flexible with scheduling. If you need to correct something they will talk to you about it so you can do a better job. They show appreciation to employees for doing a good job.

Mariano's in Arlington Heights is amazing! They have hired so many people with intellectual disabilities and continue to seek them out and employ them. They are extremely supportive of these employees. What a great place to work and shop!

This is a fun, accessible store, with all kinds of things to taste! There's lots of ethnic food and specialty foods. Lots of treats too. The cafe area has large TVs; there's a great salad bar. When we went to shop, there was a live piano player performing. It's a great outing for kids and teens -- with and without disabilities.

I noticed they employed people that have disabilities. Great place to shop, although the cashier didn't speak directly to my client. Otherwise, the bakery lady was great and they have taste tests throughout the store.
