Yesterday I was shopping at T L Fritts Sporting Goods Store and noticed a young woman with Down syndrome working there. This young woman was being trained to clean and organize the store. I was impressed by the the T L Fritts employee who was doing the training as she demonstrated respect, patience and kindness. I hope T L Fritts and other community stores will continue to provide supportive working environments for our adults with special needs.
