The owner of the company explains your options as far as what the cost is to get your computer fixed. They give you extra time to explain your computer problem and give you suggestions whether you should go ahead with the repair or not. The only thing is that they are not handicapped accessible. They also offer free diagnostics to figure out what the problem is with your computer. I have also delt with this company two previous times. Compared to other companies that offer diagnostics some other companies charge you money to do a diagnostics on your computer. I highley recommend this company to do service on your computer.
