PACE paratransit provides an invaluable service in transporting the members of our program. The cost is very reasonable and the reliability is good. Sometimes there are problems with rides being late and sometimes there are misunderstandings when scheduling rides. I find that the best practice when ordering a ride is to have the customer service representative repeat back to you all the information regarding your order to ensure that your trip is correct. On the whole I'd have to say that I love PACE.
