The disability awareness training at the Oak Lawn Library was excellent! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The biggest takeaway that I thought was very good is the library staff utilized the tips from the training, connecting the tips to how the libraries can be more accommodating for individuals with disabilities. I was happy to see the audience actively engage in the training and the role plays. This made the training a fun experience! Overall, the training was a huge success!
