I accompanied a client so she can submit her application, and the sales person was patient with my client and answered all of her questions and went as far as asking if she wanted to wait 30 minutes or so to see the store manager, Cody. My client declined to wait, but walked away feeling confident about following up after the interaction she had with Hot Topic's sales person.
