As a paralyzed stroke survivor afftecting the left side requires use of a cart to shop. Walmart consistently does not have enough working carts and allows children to "play" in carts. Manager attitude and answer to no cart access is, " Broken carts and unable to get parts." Items on shelves are often pushed to the back on top shelf and unable to reach even for abled individuals. there is no available employee assistance to place items in cart or transfer to car. there is limited parking access for the disabled.
