I visited this bank with a young woman with intellectual disabilities. She wanted to make a withdrawal with her ATM card, but found she had insufficient funds. We went inside the bank and spoke to a personal banker who checked the account and instructed the customer on how to solve the problem. The banker and other staff who helped were patient, courteous, respectful and friendly. One week later, on another visit to this same bank with the same individual with a disability who wanted to make a deposit, different employees were equally friendly, patient, courteous and respectful, especially in coaching the young woman on filling out the deposit slip.
