How to deal with Jarons

I recently purchased a bedroom set from Jaron's Bordentown. When the furniture was deivered every peice had scartches and dents on them. I refused delivery, took pictures and called the store. I called Greg Jaron and asked for a refund. I was told I could only get store credit. So this is how I delt with it. (I hope everyone else will do the same)
1. Call and demand a full refund. After a little googling I learned that Nj consumer Affairs gives you the right to demand a refund.
2. Call your credit card company and dispute the charge. They will handle the rest for you.
3. Sit back and watch Greg sweat.
4. e-mail a complaint to Consumer Affairs!

LET"S PUT THIS a**hole out of business!!!
