Seguin Auto Center, offers opportunities for vocational training as well as creating jobs for hard-to-employ adults with developmental disabilities.

Open year-round, Seguin Auto Center operates a full service hand car wash & car detailing facility as well as Illinois’ only non-profit used car dealership, employing over 25 adults with developmental disabilities and other special needs. Seguin Auto Center specializes in providing low cost vehicles for sale as well as offering consignment services for local residents who wish to sell their vehicle without the hassles of doing it themselves.

Seguin Auto Center manages the vehicle donation program for Seguin Services, accepting over 150 vehicles each year from generous donors. Seguin’s auto donation program meets and exceeds the requirements of the IRS laws and Seguin assure donors that the money raised from the sale of these vehicles goes directly into programs that support children and adults with disabilities. Through the Seguin Auto Center, all donated vehicles are sold for the highest price possible rather than sent to auction, maximizing the value of the donation and donors’ tax deductions.

All proceeds from Seguin Auto Center, as well as all of the Seguin Services’ business initiatives go directly to support Seguin Services and people with disabilities.
