Arbor Vitae Cafe has partnered with NapervilleWorks and Naperville school districts 203 and 204 to employ a team of young adults with developmental disabilities on Mondays. Team members are involved in every aspect of the dining experience - food and other prep, wait-service, clean-up. Sit-down Mondays are every Monday (except school holidays) from 11:00-1:00. Due to their location in the NIU Naperville lobby, they don't get much walk-in traffic. Catering and delivery also available, and coffee fundraisers also employ individuals with dev. disabilities to package coffee. Check out the website - www.java-juice.com.
