i had a great time at North Shore Community Bank & Trust. They had green rugs that reminded me of the grass from outside, and we went into a big red conference room where we learned about banking. It was a great day! I learned a lot of things, like do not share your card number with anyone. Also I learned to keep my Identity safe by not sharing my information with other people. I learned a lot about the FDIC and being money smart as a young adult. I learned to put some of the money from my paycheck in a savings account, and save before paying bills.

Parking was physically accessible and though rather compact the lot was very well thought out.. Ross Matte, the branch president, was sociable yet professional. He greeted us personally when we arrived. The tellers were a joy to be around and are very patient and accommodating. What peeked my interest was Ross' ability to ensure the customer understands clearly whatever is brought up.
