My client had recently resigned from his position at Home Depot but had second thoughts about his resignation. I accompanied him to speak with Amanda W. about getting his job back. Per Amanda, it’s a corporate policy that once an employee leaves the position, there is a 30 day wait period before reconsideration. However, Amanda was understanding and listened to my client’s reasons why he prematurely resigned and said that she would try to advocate for him to get his job back.
I found Amanda’s actions going above and beyond to help my client out!
