I had a meeting at Northbrook United Methodist Church today with the new pastor. I am not a member of the congregation, but have visited this church on a number of occasions. The building appears to be quite accessible, from parking spaces to a ramp entrance and good signage, etc. Based on my conversation with the pastor, I believe this congregation is genuinely committed to welcoming people with disabilities, and I think anyone requesting accommodations would find a receptive audience.
