Terrible!
Terrible!

I went in One day after not having been there in quite some time. I was not greated by the service person behind the desk in a friendly manner at all. "What are you having?" He barked at me in an angry tone. I replied by asking for a Cheeseburger. "What do you want on it?" He bellowed in return. I asked what comes with it, he then started to talk way too fast about all the things that their cheeseburger comes with. I could barely keep up. To top the whole experience off my burger he made was slightly undercooked so I had to throw most of it out when I got home with it. They were Unfirendly, Impatient, not wheelchair Accessable and had bad food. AWFUL!

Great!
Great!

I have been there for lunch twice now, and each time has been a fantastic experience. They offered to carry my tray to my table, helped me get my drink from the fountain machine, and any condiments I might need. While I was eating, one of the people working there (I think he was a manager but I am not sure) told me to call for him if I needed anything at all. When I was finshed with my meal, they grabbed my tray and threw everything away for me, and held the door for me. While i was leaving, the worker who helped me told me that next time I came there to eat to "knock on the glass so you dont have to deal with the doors." In addition to great food, they have the epitome of disability aware service!
