Who doesn't love music? I know I do! Concert going is a fun way for ALL PEOPLE to relax, let go and hang out with friends. Unfortunately, the Riviera Theatre in Chicago is far from relaxing.

Built in 1912, the Riviera, albeit historic, is a terrible place to see a show, whether you are disabled or not. Although they have a disability entrance (in the alley), the bathrooms are in the basement (HUGE stairs) and they have no elevators or ramps. Some stalls have no doors and the basement floods, sometimes during shows...
The only place to actually sit is two floors up (MORE HUGE stairs), and you can barely see the stage while on the ground floor.

I've attempted to see several shows here and every single time I wind up upset, exhausted and angry. For the $ you pay to see a show, these conditions are simply unacceptable.
