I attended the Speak Up & Speak Out Summit last year and the hotel was quite tidy and clean as well. And i enjoyed how nice the hotel room and bathroom looked. I listened to the all of the keynote speakers and chose which break out sessions i wanted to attend with my friend and we had a great time getting to hang out during the sessions and free time also. I will be attending the summit this year too and am looking forward to it. The staff at the hotel were very generous and polite. The accommodations were nice and acceptable to my liking and i appreciated that a lot. I wish that the restaurant inside the hotel was cheaper though because i ate there the first year and it was delicious don't get me wrong but way too expensive for the money.

I was just there with speak up and speak out 2013 and i think this was a really nice event for people with disabilities.

The Hilton Hotel was very nice and staff were real nice and pleasant too. The elevators worked great with no problems and the rooms were nice n clean too. I hope to come back to the Hilton Hotel next year for Speak Up and Speak Out :) :) :)

Nice people. Friendly. Swimming pool is great. Clean. Could use more accessible bathrooms. Just getting in the room can be hard with a power chair. We'd like to see shower chairs in the tubs for people with disabilities. More accessible rooms would be great. Door flasher would be great for hearing impairments. Should lower the beds in the accessible rooms.

The room for a friend got mixed up. She reserved a room with 2 Queen beds and instead she got a Handicap accessible Suite with a king size bed and a roll away bed. The person at the front desk didn't seem friendly to Cathy. One thing I noticed is that the counter at registration isn't wheelchair accessible. the Wi-Fi is kind of spotty, but it works. On a good note, the bed is very comfortable.

I'm here with Speak Up Speak Out! Our group thinks the service is great. The lady at the elevator gave extra help. It's a lot of fun. Extra blankets were provided. Love the food. A few us have some constructive comments: please set up the rooms as requested. A guest needed an accessible room and didn't get it. The waitress in the restaurant gave us really good service.

I was recently at the Hilton Hotel for a conference and the customer service was great. The elevators were accommodating and the people who worked at the hotel were friendly.
