Okay
The staff helped me by:Tell me when will departed,if be changed at gate make go to counter.
The environment was:big,crowd,busy.uneasy at first.
I was able to be independent because:Security guard told me how get to my gate.
The experience made me feel:Odd because hate wait at gate without a person talk to.
Disability Awareness:
Talked to me person-to-person, Asked me if I needed or wanted help, Friendly, Physically accessible
