Since May, 2001, operating until recently under the name HelpHandicap Foundation, EquallyAble has sought to help people with disabilities in India improve their quality of life. Now providing services in the U.S. as well, this charitable organization seeks to "focus on ability...not disability," by providing adaptive equipment, by supporting education and employment opportunities, and by promoting disability awareness.
