The people at Pinstripes were friendly, very welcoming to customers when you come in and come out of pinstripes when people are done with there activities. I love there pepperoni pizza at Pinstripes because I love pizza. The waiters were very patient when I was figuring out what kind of pizzas and drinks they have to serve. I would want to come back to pinstripes sometimes because I love bowling because it's one of my favorite sports to play.

staff was nice and friendly. spacious area for wheelchairs. no ramps for wheelchairs to be able to play bocce ball and very difficult to get wheelchairs over railroad ties to get into bball court-had to throw ball into court only if on end court.

I had my birthday party here with about 20 friends. Many of them have special needs like me. We were bowling and had pizza and salad. The staff was really friendly. It was a lot of fun.

I was recently at Pinstripes when I attended the JJ's List Benefit. The staff at Pinstripes had great customer service. When I arrived at Pinstripes, the people there were welcoming and for the people that didn't know where the benefit was, the people in the front lobby where it was located. The employees at Pinstripes did an awesome job to help set up the buffet, the raffle prizes, the balloons, and everything else. When I was at the JJ's List Benefit, I played music, and also participated in all the fun games, like the raffle, and the heads or tails game. I really enjoyed the JJ's List Benefit this year. Pinstripes is a great place to have parties and banquets. I'd recommend your next party or banquet at Pinstripes, because it's an awesome place, and there's great customer service.

The staff at Pinstripes, especially our server, Sam, was GREAT! We planned a trip to Pinstripes to play Bocce and gather scores for Special Olympics. Sam was incredibly sensitive to the dynamic of our group and worked diligently to ensure our athletes were addressed directly with both enthusiasm and respect. Sam and the other staff at Pinstripes went above and beyond to ensure that all of our athletes had the best possible experience. We definitely did! Not only were our athletes interested in coming back, they didn't want to leave. The highlight of the night was when Sam and the Pinstripes staff helped us celebrate one of our player's birthdays! I am certain it was an experience he won't soon forget!!! We were very happy with our experience and look forward to another trip to Pinstripes soon!

I have been to thr Hoffhman Esstates and the Northbrook locations. The staff at both locations treat people with disabilities like the other customers. I would like to try their bowling alley sometime.

I attended the JJ's List Bridge-Builder Benefit on Friday with friends and co-workers. Prior to that I attended our rehearsal there. Pinstripes is very accessible, and the employees are very friendly. The food is great too. When we requested microphones during our rehearsal, a Pinstripes employee went and got them right away.

I agree with the two reviews above. Additionally Pinstripes supported Arts of Life (An artistic community for adults with developmental disabilites) by donating items to our silent auction. If you're eating there after Bocce I recommend the flat bread club.

Pinstripes is a fun place for bowling, bocce, and a bistro. It's a fun way to enjoy time with the family and friends. It has a kids menu for those picky eaters. You can enjoy a meal while you bowl. They have televisions and more! It's fun for the whole family!*

Pinstripes is amazing. it has good, patient workers. The place is not too loud. When we asked if we could use the bowling lane on the end because it's a little quieter not to have bowlers on both sides, they said yes. Pinstripes is wheelchair accessible. There's another Pinstripes in South Barrington too. I recommend this place, and give it 5 stars.
