I always get good service at this Chili's and upon arrival yesterday I noticed that the bar tender was helping an older man in a wheel chair eat his food. The man had limited use of his arms and the bartender was actually feeding him and helping him to drink through a straw. I found this to be exceptional service and really appreciated the attentiveness to this man's needs.

My CIF tutor and I came here last night with a group of friends for dinner. Our server did a terrific job, despite being bombarded with requests. These requests included a friend of mine who wanted help connecting to the wi-fi network in the restaurant via his iPad. My ribs and salmon were awesome, as was the rest of my meal. There was a problem with our check(s), but our server handled it all very nicely. I think he was a bit overwhelmed.

The customer service is never below average and I have witnessed them treated customers with disabilities very well, including talking to those with disabilities directly and engaging in conversation outside of just placing a food order.

I went to a restaurant called Chili's with a group of friends (most of us had disabilities) last night. We had an early dinner, so the place was quiet and not crowded. The waitress was polite and helpful to everyone. There weren't really any problems. I think we all had a good time at Chili's last night.

They are very disability friendly and welcoming. They have accessible seating and the restaurant itself is accessible. I had such a great time eating there recently. However, the restaurant is a bit loud.

I went to this Chili's location with two friends from Center for Independent Futures a few years ago after buying some stuff. Our waitress talked directly to me. Our food was great and the place is physically accessible.

I've taken the pace bus to downtown Evanston by myself and have met a friend over at Chili's. When my friend and I have been to Chili's, it hasn't been too hard to order our food. When we walked into Chili's, the waitress came by and we got a table for two. The waitress walked us over to our table and we sat at a booth. After we got seated, we got a menu and the waitress gave us extra time to decide what we want to get. We ordered our drinks first. When we ordered our drinks, my friend got a Coke and I got a Dr. Pepper. After we got our drinks, we weren't ready to order yet, so the waitress gave us extra time. When we were ready to order, we ordered our food. My friend got a Shiner Bock BBQ Burger and I got an Oldtimer Burger. After we ordered our food, the waitress took our menu and started getting the chefs to cook. When the food arrived, we started eating our food. I enjoy the food at Chili's. My friend and I both enjoy the food at Chili's. The waitress at Chili's is helpful and friendly. She's given us extra time and has given us clarification. After we finished our food, we were ready for dessert. We each got a Molten Chocolate Cake for dessert. When the dessert arrived, we ate our dessert then were ready to pay the bill. My friend and I both like the Molten Chocolate Cake at Chili's. When we paid the bill, I spent my gift card, and paid some cash. After we paid the tip, we left Chili's, then walked around Evanston some more. Chili's is a fun sit down restaurant to go to.
