My family and I attend at least one concert here each year, since we've been members for a few years now. It can be a bit hard to navigate, mostly due to the amount of people that come to the concerts, but also due to the hills. I like sitting on the lawn and listening to the music. I also like the fact that you can bring your own food and drinks and have a picnic during the concerts. Overall, it's a very nice venue.

So I used to go to Ravinia as all the time. I haven't been there in 2 years. The one thing that threw me for a loop was the new train tunnel/ hill thing.. Only issue there is it's very difficult for my partner to get back up the hill as she is in a chair. Ravinia staff was awesome for us. We got there, and would have been fine waiting at the main gate with others. When 4 pm rolled around, the worker trying to get us in, let us in the employee side gate so we didn't get lost in a sea of people. We were able to get a great spot by the front of the band shell. and restrooms. Hills are a bit steep but that can't be helped.Everyone was a great help to us and someone helped push my friend up the hill. Great experience.

Disability Awareness:   Welcoming, Talked directly to the person/people with disability, Friendly, Gave choices, Respectful, Helpful with assistance or accommodation, Has employees with disabilities, Be aware of the steep hills, but this is outside the park and more to do with Metra. Also the lawn is accessible but only on the outer rim, we were able to find a spot but get there early!

Okay
Okay

Lawn seating is not handicap accessible when in use for a concert unless one can get seating alongside the sidewalk. Otherwise, it is not possible to get a wheelchair into/out of the lawn.

The staff was totally unhelpful in this regard. Staff would not mark off seating along the sidewalk, nor would they allow earlier entry with Ravinia Members to reserve accessible seating.

Went to ravinia with my center for indepndent friends to see a concert(not naming anybody).LIke the ramp(or tunnel)ttle steep that goes under neath the train tracks, and the food is a little, but not to expensive.Best to bring your own food to avoid the high prices, but had s good time alltogether.

What a great venue to see a concert. Ravinia is 100% accessable! The staff is happy to assist people with disabilaties. One word of advice, you should get there as soon as the gates open.
