Dee Park is a very diverse environment. With a large playground, they have age appropriate areas. Dee Park also has a big sand area, with volleyball nets. As a personal support worker, taking children with disabilities out in their own community is important. Dee Park has a wonderful Sprinkler Park. One must buy a wristband with the park district workers inside at the front desk. The workers are very patient and willing to teach children how to make payments in order to receive their wristband. One of the older workers also uses sign language for children to better understand what to do. The park district is wheelchair accessible in most areas.
