handicapped parking spaces in the lot for the Bloomingdale Bldg- are normal size and provide NO EXTRA WIDTH. Lots os spaces but seemed to be even narrower than normal.
The access door to elevators have no special door openings or electric door openings. Even worse, the enttry from parkling elevator to 900 N Michigan Bldg has no such access. You are out of luck if you use a wheel chair and can't pull a door open on your own.
Time to pay? Good luck balancing the parking card, a bag, a purse and a credit card. Lousy signage, not wheel chair accessibe. No ledge to balance on for those using a cane.
Horrible experience getting access and exit.Very helpful office receptionist ...but then bldg wouldn;t provide wheelchair without someone to push it and retun it to same place. Since te signage was bad, i ended up in office tower rather than doctor office tower- who knew there was a difference?
