Our whole family uses the eye doctors -- Dr. Henderson and Dr. Brody --in this practice, though we've mostly used Dr. Brody. Both doctors are competent, friendly & generous, and their staff members are also helpful and pleasant. The last time I was in for an eye exam, I told the Doctor about JJ's List, and about how important accessibility is to so many of us. He said that the Northbrook location is not wheelchair-accessible, but that their Lake Forest office (1510 N. Western Ave.) is accessible. He also said that if patients have trouble walking or entering their locations, the Doctors are happy to come out to their patients, and deliver and adjust glasses for them in their car. We have been very happy with Optometrists of the North Shore. They also supported one of our favorite charities. We like businesses that are disability-aware AND give back to their local communities.
