Most Jewel-Osco locations I find to be very helpful and accommodating. However, I have had 2 bad experiences here. One time I was a shopper and was unable to find someone to help us get items from the upper shelves, even when we stopped at the customer service desk - they seemed annoyed by us asking. Another time I was with a client who went to apply for a job. The store manager was annoyed that the client asked if I could sit in the interview, and he was rude and frustrated that my client took a bit longer than some to answer questions. I also did not notice any individuals with visible disabilities working as employees, which is unusual for Jewel-Osco.

I was happy when i left. I felt like they were used to people with disabilities visit their store often.
