The Ignite Group walked to Dave's Down to Earth Rock Shop and we walked through and looked around the shop and I bought two magnetic hematite stones and crystal rock candy which was taste really good, the customer service was very welcoming and polite when we came into the store and told us if we had any questions and feel free to ask it, they were very respectful and the store was well lit. I was very satisfied of their services. I cannot complain at all.

The employees at the rock shop were very nice to me. They respected my wishes. I also love a lot of the amazing rocks and gems they have. The dinosaur exhibit was very interesting. I loved the triceratops, the duck-billed dinosaur, and the woolly mammoth! Those are my favorites. It was great.

I have been there many times. They have one step going into the shop. But they have always had portable ramps. It was difficult for awhile to notify them that I was there needing the ramp. I would need to find someone to tell them that I was waiting or knock on their window. But now they have a Big Bell. And I am able to press the button and it notifies them inside that I need the ramp. They are very friendly and accomodating. The only thing I might change is the fact that their museum in the basement is not accessible. But that's a minor thing.

This is near my house, and I go in quite often. I've seen the people who work there be attentive, caring and respectful to those in need, whether they have a disability or not. There are many people in the area that have a disability of some kind or another [there is a home nearby] and they are all greeted with a genuine smile. I guess what I'm saying is that, when I have been at Dave's Rock Shop, I've seen them uphold an equal respect, even if someone does have crazy face paint on.

They have a wheelchair ramp, if needed.

I really enjoy being there. They have a step into the shop and have a ramp, which is very helpful. But the ramp is a temporary one and they ask for people to knock for the ramp, but there is no way to knock, unless an able-bodied person can walk up the step and knock on the door for me. I would recommend that they get a big bell and install it near the window so it is easier to let them know that I need the ramp
