i came hear a little over a year ago to see Aladdin, which was fantastic! I have also seen several other musicals here. As with most theaters, this is an older one, so accessibility is a bit of an issue here such as there being few to no elevators and the aisles are narrow. But, other than that, I have never had a negative experience here.

My sister has cerebral palsy so we always need a wheelchair and companion seat when we see shows. We are both HUGE theater fans!
I went to the box office to purchase tickets for "Dirty Dancing" back in October. These tickets were a birthday gift for my sister. I had called the theater about a week before I visited the box office and was told that the disabled/companion tickets were $35 each. Much to my dismay, the box office rep initially told me the only tickets available were over $80 each and that lower-priced tickets would only be available in the balcony. Anyone reading this who knows someone who uses a wheelchair knows that balcony seats in a very old theater with no elevator access = not a very good plan for an afternoon at the theater, LOL
I explained to the rep that my only option was wheelchair seating and asked if cheaper tickets were available for an alternate date. "Wait a second, let me check something," he said. He turned to the man behind him -- I assume it was his manager -- and I overheard him ask if he could give me the tickets for the date I wanted for $35. Much to my (pleasant) surprise, he gave me two tickets for $35 each. All he asked was that I call the box office if my sister and I couldn't make the performance for any reason so he could release the seats.
When my sister and I went to the show, I was impressed with the special larger doors at the entrance to the main floor of the theater where we were seated. The usher pointed out the accessible restroom before I even asked where it was and the seats were amazing.
All in all it was a great experience.
