They gave me a variety of options. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Whenever I needed help, they would help me. They respected my choices. They gave me extra time too. They also had a positive attitude.

I went to this Panera once for lunch. It was pretty good, except for the fact that, like most other Paneras I've been to, they don't offer gluten free choices except for salad, which can be limiting to those who don't/can't eat gluten. But, for everyone else, the food and drinks are good, and the atmosphere is almost like sitting at home.

The Panera staff was very welcoming and friendly. The one issue is that the doorway is narrow and may not fit wheelchairs, and the counter over which you are handed your food is about 5 feet tall. Children, people in wheelchairs, and others, may have a tough time receiving their food after ordering.

Disability Awareness:   Welcoming, Talked directly to the person/people with disability, Friendly, Respectful, Has employees with disabilities

I was at this Panera location for lunch today with a group of friends. One of the friends guided me to a table and then took my order. She went to get it and brought it back to me, and she gave me the change from the money I had given her. My lunch was excellent and just what I had ordered. They didn't have the drink I ordered, but my friend got me the next closest drink. I also went to the wash room here too, and it's very accessible.

There are definitely high and low points in terms of the accessibility of this restaurant; there are two entrances, one of which is not accessible at all, and the counters are very high, making it impossible for patrons in wheelchairs or who are little people to get their food independently. However, the staff is quite accomodating, offering to carry my food to my table and get my drink for me.

I have only been to this Panera Bread a few times since moving to Evanston. The times that I have been there, I had a lot of trouble getting in through the front doors.... they were barely wide enough, and I ended up scrapping my hand on the door frame (I use a fairly standard sized wheelchair). Once I got in, I was able to get around and I enjoyed the food, but I havent been back to the location because of the difficulty I had getting through the door.

Disability Awareness:   Not physically accessible, Unwelcoming
