The staff are pretty good to me. The problem was, I never got a skokie library card. Can't complain! People were sometimes rude to me. Everything was confusing. Book club at the Douglas Center seemed like sort of epic fail to me.

There are so many wonderful early learning resources, however most of the staffs at the Youth Services Department at Skokie Public Library are very rude, unhelpful, lacking of professionalism, enthusiasm, and poor interpersonal interactions.

Last Friday, I went to the Skokie Public Library for a disability training. The people who work at the library are nice and friendly. They talked directly to me and I have a disability. Overall, I find them to be very accommodating to people with disabilities. I had a great experience doing the disability training at the library last Friday.

The reason why I think the library is a good volunteer place is because everyone is so accommodating and friendly. I have had a good experience working there!

Skokie Library is a great place for individuals to gain knowlege, share knowledge and participate in events and activities.
They offer services like computer training classes, they also have a mobile library(library on a bus) that stops by your place so more people can access their services.
Since all people may not have accesss to go to the library, they will come by your place of living or business so people with special needs can access their resources.
Its a great place to be, our people with special needs look forward to the day of Mobile Library every other week
