If you are having trouble opening and closing or locking the sliding doors in your home the person to call is Charlie at SLIDERS.
SLIDERS is a business that deals exclusively with all manner of repairs to sliding doors. Charlie is the "head honcho" and a very caring, careful, trustworthy and skilled man who knows everything there is to know about sliding doors and how to make them work with the touch of one finger. I have severe arthritis and other health issues that make struggling with a heavy door near impossible. Charlie came to my house and gave me an estimate on the work that he would have to do, explaining each step in detail. We set a date to for him to come back and do the work and he came, with his helper, on time, and set to work in a very business-like manner. Unfortunately he could not fix the door to his satisfaction so me made another date and again he and his helper were on time and again proceeded in his charming professional manner to get the job done. The work cost exactly what he had estimated it would cost - no extra charge for coming back. He made me work the doors so that he and I both would know that I was able to open and close and lock them comfortably. He made me feel at ease, was very friendly, was respectful and genuinely concerned that he did exactly what it took to have the doors work for me. I couldn't be more pleased with his work or his demeanor. If you have a sliding door problem - he is the person for you.

Disability Awareness:   Friendly, Gave extra time, Respectful, Helpful with assistance or accommodation, Other or suggestions, SLIDERS is a business you can count on to get your doors sliding happily once again.

I thought that I was going to have to replace my sliding door as it was too difficult for me to operate from my wheelchair. I heard an ad for Sliders and decided to give them a try first. Charlie and his co-worker Eric were particularly accommodating. They not only fixed the door, but offer a three year guarantee on all work and materials. When I had to call again for a follow-up visit, Charlie could not have been nicer about it. He offered to come out that very day. I would recommend Sliders to anyone.

Disability Awareness:   Welcoming, Talked to me person-to-person, Asked me if I needed or wanted help, Friendly, Gave me choices, Gave me extra time, Respectful
