I go to this Dunkin' Donuts location a lot whenever I travel to Chicago. For the most part, the employees friendly and efficient. But other times, especially when it's busy, they tend to rush people and are not very patient with them. On the other hand, their coffee is really good. I like how the have a wide variety of types and flavors to choose from.

I've taken the Metra to Chicago by myself and have walked over to Dunkin Donuts. When I've been to Dunkin Donuts by myself, it hasn't been too hard to pick out what I want. This Dunkin Donuts is at the Ogilvie Transportation Center and it's not too hard to find your way there. When I ordered my donuts, the employees there were helpful and friendly. They let me take my time to decide what I want to get. What I got from Dunkin Donuts was a St. Patrick's Day vanilla donut with sprinkles and a triple chocolate donut. When I paid for my donuts, the employees made sure to give the right amount of change. After I paid for my donuts, I left the counter and found a place to sit in the food court. I enjoy the donuts they have from this Dunkin Donuts. They have good customer service at this place. After I finished my donuts, I put my trash in the trash can, left the food court, walked to the train station, and then took the train home. Dunkin Donuts is a fun place to get donuts from.
