Worked there for 8 years and was constantly harrassed by the ex-liquor manager. I quit and two guys after me did also. Recently went shopping and asked head manger to help me get down some coffee. In the process, he related what the ex-liquor manager thought about me, as if that below par clown had been a source of credibilty. What's worst, he insulted the memory of my deceased brother who was Vietnam Veteran. Here's a thought. Maybe Sunset ought to haul down Old Glory in front and put up the red hammer and sickle flag. I think that would be more fitting....and honest. Enjoy whatever is left of freedom sports fans because if Sunset Northbrook management gets it's way, we won't have it for long.

I have been to this store with my family (dad ,brother,and sisters),and lkie this store ,because it is big,and has a lots of diffrent kinds of foods(don't know what kinds so do't ask).Its a nice store.

As a former employer, Sunset is very adaptive with people and employers with disabilities. for the physically handicapped, they provide motor-chairs and wheelchair accessibility. One of the biggest positives about Sunset is that they provide helpful costumer service.

I agree whole-heartedly with Noah and Ellen, Sunset Foods is a wonderful place to shop and to eat (hot, prepared foods are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and you can eat at tables upstairs overlooking the shopping floor). Sunset provides excellent customer service, and sells high-quality food. I like the fact that employees at Sunset come from different cultures, speak a variety of languages, and some have a disability. They're generally very helpful, and Sunset is very generous to the community, offering store tours and donating to many charitable causes.

Whenever Noah and I go into Sunset, which is at least once a week if not more frequently, we are greeted warmly. We especially like the couple of people who work in the produce section. They are always so nice and friendly.
Sunset gives personalized, friendly service and we always enjoy shopping there. The quality is outstanding whether it is meats, fish, cheese or produce. Everything is fresh and the prices are reasonable.
The store is clean and well organized.
We have been very pleased that individuals with disabilities have been regularly employed there.
