The management and staff of McAlister's Deli have been very supportive of individuals with special needs. They have allowed our organization to host 4 Work Experiences and have hired 3 of the individuals. They have been open to accommodations and the presence of a job coach onsite. All of the staff are friendly and accept the individuals for who they are and willingly deal with any limitations or special needs they have. Thanks!
