We've been to this Panera many times and have always had a good experience. We were there today, and entered at the same time that a woman using a walker entered. Panera is a warm, friendly, accessible place with both tables and booths (which we prefer because we can have more peace and quiet in a booth). The food is great! I also like that Panera is actively involved in community efforts, and supports a lot of good causes. Today, they were raising funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Can't go wrong with Panera!
