The organization I work for got takeout from this Potbelly location a few years ago. Since Potbelly doesn't currently have gluten free bread, I got a salad instead. It was okay, nothing special. If I ate gluten, I'd definitely get a sandwich there next time.

Disability Awareness:   Welcoming, Friendly, Respectful, Physically accessible, Other, I would suggest starting to offer gluten free bread in order to be more accommodating to customers who are gluten free.

We are a group that often goes here for lunch. They have
Good service. They help us pay when we need help and they are very patient with us. For those in our group who communicate by pointing rather than with words, the staff holds out options like bread and toppings so that we can choose easily.

Also the noise level may bother those who are sensitive to that

I called Potbellies and let them know I would be needing a vegan sandwich for a CIF training. They were very receptive of my needs and the guy I talked to was very nice.

Fellow vegans: rejoice in the glory of that which is Potbellies.
