I'm currently a member of the health club at Lifetime Fitness. When I was added to my family membership, I started going there to work out. I got my picture taken, and then I got a membership card. Then when I learned how to use the workout machines, there was a guy who was helpful and friendly. He gave me clarification when I didn't understand what he meant when he showed me the way I use the machines. Then after I learned how to use them, I started working out on them. The staff at Lifetime Fitness are helpful and friendly and they give me extra time. I enjoy being a member there. I can go in anytime. What I do there is work out on the machines, and also go swimming. I'd recommend being a member at Lifetime Fitness because it's an awesome health club to go to.

I train for Special Olympics at Lifetime fitness. The staff is very helpful and accessible. The Gym has all the equipment I need to do my workouts. I'm very happy to have a membership there and I will continue to go back.
