I like coming in to this store and looking at the latest Apple products. The technicians there are very helpful and able to solve just about any problem or answer any question you may have with any Apple device, whether it be a computer, iPhone, or Apple Watch. The only thing I don't like about the Apple Store is that it is often very busy, and I often find myself waiting for a long period of time before someone helps me. Other than that, though, their customer service is pretty efficient.

Disability Awareness:   Welcoming, Talked to me person-to-person, Asked me if I needed or wanted help, Friendly, Gave me choices, Respectful, Helpful when I needed assistance or accommodation, Physically accessible

I was having a difficult time with my Iphone 4S so my mom and I stopped into the Apple Store at 7:30 pm last night. The service from Tom was outstanding and Michael was so kind and patient using diagnostics to fix my phone. What was the most impressive was that they both spoke to me instead of my mom. They stayed until after hours (we didn;t leave until after close at 9:30) waiting for an update to download. My mom and I were so impressed with the friendly service-mom said it speaks volumes about Apple! We were both so pleased!

Disability Awareness:   Welcoming, Talked to me person-to-person, Asked me if I needed or wanted help, Friendly, Gave me choices, Gave me extra time, Respectful, Helpful when I needed assistance or accommodation, Flexible service, Physically accessible, Accessible Parking, It would be great if they had a spokeswoman/model with a disability for Apple-we spent so much time there that we now know of other Apple products!

I think that the apple store in Northbrook Court is accessible for people in wheelchairs, because you can walk into the store right away and it is very easy to wheel someone who is in a wheelchair into the store. When I went there once with my family, the guy helping us was patient.

This is the one Apple Store I go to the most often. They do a great job helping me with my computer issues. The service is satisfactory, and they're very knowledgable. I absolutely recommend people to go here for help on any of their Apple products.

This computer store, located in the Northbrook Court Shopping Mall on Lake-Cook Road, sells Apple products -- from computers to I-phones to I-pods, as well as all kinds of software. It also offers a wide range of training programs, including its one-to-one training, which our son has enjoyed for well over a year. An Apple Store membership, involving a one-time charge of about $100 entitles a customer to a one-hour weekly session with an Apple expert to work on developing computer skills or undertaking a special project. For young adults and adults who enjoy computers, graphics, photography, filmmaking, music, etc., this program provides a great opportunity to develop specialized skills in a community setting. Through one-to-one, our son has worked with many Apple Store employees -- at this location, and at other locations around the country. He loves his sessions at the Apple Store, and we are grateful that he has this chance to hone skills that he can use in school, and may someday use in an employment setting.

Schools can schedule field trips to the Apple Store, and in the summer, there are camp opportunities and small group trainings for people around special areas of interest.

Parents who have children who enjoy being on the computer will feel at home at the Apple Store. It's a great destination for children who are visual learners or who have a special interest/special skills in computers...
