The Disability Awareness Training at the library was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the staff were very engaged in the training and role plays and were willing to use disability awareness to make the library more accessible for people with disabilities. Overall, the training seemed very informative for the library staff.

Disability Awareness:   Welcoming, Talked to me person-to-person, Asked me if I needed or wanted help, Friendly, Respectful, Physically accessible, Accessible Parking, There could've been more accessible parking spaces, but other than that, the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
