I contacted this vendor for music therapy services and received no response. One year later, I tried again and did receive a response; albeit an unsatisfactory one. It is virtually impossible to get information on their services and applicable options.. What they want to do is have a full evaluation of your child and then they will be able to discuss prices, goals, etc. While ITA says they offer classes, there is no class schedule. So it all seems very complicated to access even not accounting for price.
Disability Awareness:
Unwelcoming, Unfriendly, Inflexible service
We had very high hopes for our son to be able to become involved in individual lessons or programs at the Institute for Therapy Through the Arts, which is part of the Music Institute for Chicago. We tried several times, filled out paperwork, went through evaluations, and nothing panned out. I'm sure the Institute serves many children well, but we couldn't get anywhere with this well-known non-profit which serves the disability community. Hope others will chime in to report on their experiences. Maybe our bad experience was the exception!

Inflexible service, person who evaluated our son quit right after; no one ever followed up with us
