I was at this presentation a few weeks ago as well. Everyone was very friendly and seemed to enjoy the presentation. I liked how they asked about making the shelves accessible for individuals in wheelchairs as well as how they can be more accommodating for people with disabilities in general. That showed that they really care about providing good customer service to everyone and making sure everyone has a good experience when visiting the library. I also liked how big the library was. I wish I had more time to explore it, it seemed like a place I'd like to spend time in.
